Summary
Steve Long is a Quality Manager at Impress Group. He has more than 19 years’ experience in the engineering industry.
After leaving school at the age of 18, he served his apprenticeship at GT Group and came out of his time as a CNC Miller. Steve worked as a CNC Miller, programming, setting and operating at various companies around the north-east, in both sub-contract and aerospace environments.
Upon joining IPM Steve gained some experience in the quality department, then a short stint back on the CNC Mills, before becoming a Production Engineer in August 2014.
In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with the family, holidays, sport and music.
